All orders placed before 2pm will be posted the same day. Any orders received after that will be dispatched the next day.

Postage and Packaging Costs

We will only charge you what it will cost us to process and ship your order. Basic prices are displayed in the shopping cart when choosing items.

We will endeavour to be as transparent with delivery costs as is possible. Should you have any concerns just contact us for more detailed costings.

UK Orders

We like our local Post Office and so normally we use first class post or Parcel Force and so if the items are to be delivered within the mainland UK you should get your order the following day. This obviously depends on the Royal Mail and first class is not a guaranteed next day service.

Bulky and high value items will be sent by Courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery so that we can confirm that your order has reached its delivery address. These items will need signing for, so please bear this in mind when ordering. But they also have the benefit of being shipped on a guaranteed next day service, This can also be added to any order you wish to place with us if you need your order ASAP.

Standard Shipping Costs

If your order hasn't arrived within two to three (working) days please contact us.

International Orders (Including Ireland)

Most deliveries are sent First Class Air Mail, the time taken depends on the destination but is generally less than five days, often just two days.

Orders outside the EU

We're happy to ship anywhere in the world but please be aware that orders outside the EU maybe subject to customs inspection. This can in some cases delay their arrival - because of this we cannot offer a replacement on missing items for 28 days or until you have contacted customs to establish that an item isn't being held. We are required to attach a customs label with the value of the goods and they might be subject to import duties. Please check this before you order.

Note on VAT: All of our prices include applicable UK sales taxes. If you are in a region where these don't apply then you won't see this on your invoice but we will still charge the same full retail price (because although you're not required to pay the sales tax we still have to pay it on our stock - so the net receipt for us is identical).

Lost Orders

Unfortunately orders do go missing in the post. If your order is not with you in a two to three working days for UK orders or a week in the EU please get in touch. If it's a first class UK dispatch we'll send a prompt replacement after 10 working days. The same applies for orders dispatched within the EU after 28 working days. Lost orders make a tiny fraction of the many deliveries achieved within a day or two of ordering but we understand your concerns when ordering and feel it best to mention what happens in such situations.
